The Polytunnel is situated to the rear of the garden near the Hobbit's House. On our monthly activity programme we have a weekly gardening group. In this group so far we have planted; Ice Gem Lettuce, Broad Beans, Garden Peas, Runner Beans, Broccoli, Spring Onions, Cucumber's, Coriander, Potatoes and Carrot's. So far the group have managed to harvest the Lettuce, Garden Pea's, Carrots, Spring Onions and Potatoes.

For the winter months we shall be planting pumpkins, wild flowers, butternut squash and anything else we can plant in the winter months.

​

Our next target is to incorporate an Eco-Friendly and Carpentry side. We have been collecting wooden pallets and cones and out of these we shall be building an extra outdoor allotment for our potatoes to grow in the ground and making lighthouse solar cones.
